Studio Information and Facilities

Bikram Yoga at Santa Clara is fully equipped studio with lots of facilities (Showers, Lockers, Changing areas, Student Lounge, Parking etc). Bikram Yoga at Santa Clara is fast becoming one of the most frequented yoga centers in the South Bay.

The Class Room is spacious, well ventilated with mirrors on all sides that gives students a picture of complete body movement from every angle. The room temperature is maintained anywhere between 98-105 degrees with humidifiers and air purifiers.

Why is Bikram Yoga performed in a heated room? Any exercise program focuses on warming up our bodies before vigorous activity. The temperature of the yoga room is similar to our body’s own temperature. This accelerates improvement in many of the benefits of your yoga practice.

The benefits are many:

  • Your body burns fat more effectively, fat may be redistributed and burned as energy during the class. It is common to lose centimeters of shape in a very short time
  • The heat produces a fluid-like stretch allowing for greater range of movement in joints, muscles, ligaments and other supporting structures of the body

The studio is very well equipped and has the Meditation Room, Changing Room, Showers, Class Room and the Reception area...
